Terms Of Service
Lady J's Mobile Entertainment reserves the right to refuse to perform any outdoor engagement when weather conditions do not permit proper performance of sound and/or lighting equipment. The client is responsible for providing an alternate indoor location in the event of bad weather. If an alternate location is necessary, but not provided by the client, client is still obligated to pay the full contract price to Lady J's Mobile Entertainment. Please make sure an outside event is what you want.
The client is responsible for his/her guests in the event that Lady J's Mobile Entertainment equipment is damaged or stolen.
Lady J's Mobile Entertainment is not liable for any damage or personal injuries to guests. In the event the Disc Jockey believes an unsafe situation exist, he/she may call upon the client to remedy the situation. If no action is taken, the Disc Jockey may cease cooperation until the situation is resolved.
We Accept Money Orders, Cash, Paypal
If the duration of the event exceeds the scheduled performance time, client may request overtime at the rate of ($35.00) per half-hour. Client will be asked to sign such an agreement as overtime begins. All overtime is payable the evening of the event in cash.
**E-mailing or Mailing the contract signed must be received in order to guarantee date. Cancellation or any changes must be written or email to me! If we are unable to perform due to "Acts of God" or unanticipated causes, a full refund or new reservation date will be offered.
Lady J's Mobile Entertainment offers DJ contracts and reception contracts, in order to ensure that your party or reception is organized the best it can be.
